At Integrated Yatra Yoga we embark on this journey to the most sacred of places, the Self, through the practice of Yoga. Yoga in all its aspects and forms; as it manifests in our bodies and all of our layers, and in how it guides us through its philosophical underpinnings.
We believe that happiness is what we all seek and indeed, it cannot be found anywhere else but within.

"Yoga can be many things at different times, and serve different purposes to meet different needs. Ultimately however it is the place where we meet ourselves, where we check in everyday, where we initiate the experiments of living and observing our ability to to be present with ourselves. Where we cultivate acceptance for all of our parts and practice being, so we can take all that learning off the mat and put it into good use when we interact together. When, intentionally or unintentionally, we make ripples beyond our reach or our wildest imaginations. My hope is that the practice on the mat will translate as better, positive ripples once they start to reach you.
It's a hope.
