A Journey to your Mat

Short, Long and 1:1 Journeys

We currently offer both in person and Online weekly and monthly group classes. 

These range in levels of experience from Beginners to Experienced practitioners.

We also offer  1:1 yoga sessions for those that might have specific needs or want private individual tuition. Please note these are not yoga therapy sessions - you can find out more about yoga therapy here

For those that might want to take a longer journey and go a little deeper into their practice we also run both half and whole day workshops as well as retreats.
