A mixed ability class that aims to balance, strengthen and restore, with a relatively strong practice and inclusive of other aspects of yoga such as chanting and meditation. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY This is on a sliding scale, with cancellations in writing, as follows: For workshops and term bookings: Up to 1 month before the start of the event - 100% refund 1 month to 1 week - 50% refund 1 week to 3 days - 25% refund After 3 days (72 hours) - 0% refund For Pay-as-you-go/One-off weekly classes: 100% refund up until 48 hours prior to class 50% up until 24 hours if pre-paid.
