Service Description
Join this 6 week yoga therapy course if you would like to gain a better awareness and understanding on how to boost your mood, improve physical ease and fluidity, promote grounding and inner calm as well as joy and contentment. Each week will explore the most common obstacles that prevent us from feeling at our best and promote practices that can support better wellbeing. The course will include both educational as well as practical and experiential elements to enrich learning and increase understanding. Home practices will be included to support your learning between sessions. In addition to the 6 weekly sessions, each participant will also receive a 30 minute individual session to provide a tailor-made home practice that will meet specific needs.










Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY This is on a sliding scale, with cancellations in writing, as follows: For workshops and term bookings: Up to 1 month before the start of the event - 100% refund 1 month to 1 week - 50% refund 1 week to 3 days - 25% refund After 3 days (72 hours) - 0% refund For Pay-as-you-go/One-off weekly classes: 100% refund up until 48 hours prior to class 50% up until 24 hours if pre-paid.
