Service Description
Address specific individual needs and health conditions through yoga therapy. 1st session 90 minutes - £69 Initial information gathering and understanding of needs Postural, movement and breathing assessments Use of yoga practices to address current needs Design of individual home practice Go to Pricing plans for bundle options: £230 for an initial bundle of 5 sessions (1x 90 minutes, 4x 60 minutes) to be completed within 6 months. £200 for a follow bundle of 5 sessions (60 minutes) to be completed within 6 months.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY This is on a sliding scale, with cancellations in writing, as follows: For workshops and term bookings: Up to 1 month before the start of the event - 100% refund 1 month to 1 week - 50% refund 1 week to 3 days - 25% refund After 3 days (72 hours) - 0% refund For Pay-as-you-go/One-off weekly classes: 100% refund up until 48 hours prior to class 50% up until 24 hours if pre-paid.
